Now I'm 21. I have no idea. I'm in school and everything and on track for my degree, but I have no idea what I want my career to be. Everything that I can think of involves the possibility of instability or inconsistancy. I guess I should have stuck with that whole doctor thing...

I'm a pretty easy going person unless you really get under my skin, but most people have to work pretty hard to accomplish that. I enjoy good humor, kind people, and people who know how to think outside of the box.

i can be serious, but i find unless it's absolutely necessary, it's exhausting. i'd much rather be enjoying my self, smiling, laughing and joking, and making other people around me relax a bit. there just too many serious people around these days.

just because i like to kid around doesn't mean i don't engage in thoughtful debatable prose. going back and forth with someone and there and my own opinions and thoughts is something i look for on a daily basis.

I graduated from UW-Milwaukee in Marketing and POM last december. I live on my own. I work full time in Pewaukee. I like to hunt, fish, bike, workout, eat, play a video game, or read a good book. I spent six years in the military and, five years later, have recently started getting back my self-respect. I play drums in a band and we only have three songs written. My name is David, and I'm 24 years old. I just recently went back to school for a degree in nursing, and don't have as much free time as I'd like. I thought I'd try this online thing and see if I can meet any cool new people.

I consider myself to be a very positive, fun, open-minded, and motivated person. I will admit that I am bit of a nerd when it comes to some things. I love watching documentaries, reading Discover and Time magazine, going onto BBC news, listening to NPR, really anything that involves science or world events/issues. I enjoy the simple things in life and I think I'm a pretty laid back and relaxed person. I'm not really looking for anything specific, although I will admit that I love a guy that is intelligent, fun, positive, and not afraid to show his nerdy side, of course this is all dependent on a good sense of humor since I love to laugh :) I'm not at all attracted to a guy that has a strong religious or military affiliation.

I also consider myself to be a reflective and observant person; I'm always thinking. I think some people mistake this as being shy, but that really couldn't be farther from the truth. I can be fairly outgoing, I suppose it just depends on the group of people and context of the situation. Some other things about me... I am a very content person and very rarely get bored-I look at it this way, if you are bored with yourself, then how are other people ever going to want to hang out with you? haha. I try to be as sincere as I can, I love to bake (cookies, cakes, pies etc), being outside, playing tennis, trying to stay active, watching UFC, playing rummy, being with family, all of that good stuff.

I guess this is where I list a bunch of things I like to do, like, go to movies, go hiking, play sports, and other things most human beings enjoy. Well that was enlightening. Here, try this instead.

When I go to a bar to hang out with my friends we usually head to Nice Ash in Waukesha. It is usually not too crowded and even though it is a cigar bar they manage to keep it relatively smoke free. I sound like I am an advertisement for them, but really it is just a place I like to go to hang out. There is an Irish pub and a cafe right down the street as well, for when you are ready for a change of scenery. When my friends and I hang out at our homes we usually play a board game of some sort. Lately it has been Settlers of Catan, we just bought the Seafarers expansion so it dominates our time lately. We also like to play Ticket to Ride and Carcassone as well. Occasionally we will watch a movie, but I feel that is a much better experience when you are alone with an attractive lady next to you. That about wraps it up, for "I like to go to bars or just hang out." Now it is on to, "I like music, playing sports, going hiking and anything really"

I used to play disc golf a lot when I was up in the Cedarburg, Grafton are. I like to go to Lime Kiln and play the course there. I also went to Dredstka park and played there every once in a while. I have never been disc golfing in the Waukesha area, if you know a good course and want to go, hit me up. I know it is getting cold out and the snow will soon cover the ground, but if we hurry we could probaly find a nice day to go. I am not a huge fan of music, but I do make it to the occasional concert, and I try to hit up Irish fest every year. In a couple of weeks I will be heading to the Trans Siberian Orchestra with a few of my friends. I have never been to their concert before. It should be a blast. I also like to head out to Pike Lake when the weather is nice. That picture in my profile was take from the top of their observation tower they have set up on Powder Hill, when I was a kid we used to climb up the hills namesake, basically an entire side of the hill fell off at some point and left a powdery rocky bluff on one side. They have it blocked off now, though. Every once in a while I will head out to the Museum in Milwaukee. I made it out to the Body Worlds exhibit there last summer. That was pretty cool. Right now they have an exhibit on the Titanic, I have been meaning to check that out.

Im drama free and dont care to talk about my feelings. I dont seek out drama, and I really hope you share my stance. I just want to find someone that is self sufficient, can have a conversation, and isnt a total tool. Currently, Im working on a master's degree in business, I have an undergraduate in hospitality, and Im a freelance writer. 3 horrible homemade tattoos, 2 awesome professional tattoos, and Im planning another. My circle of friends is diverse enough that none of them would hang out with each other and I love them all. I travel alot, but never out of the states. I eat vegetables other than corn and carrots, but I hate seafood. I love all music. My playlist right now has Pet Shop Boys, Muse, Toby Keith, Cake, Sir mixalot and Infected Mushroom. I also have two tweenage boys that make for cheap slave labor. The previous sentence is something called "sarcastic", and if that isnt something that you can tolerate then you might want to move on. Overall, I love my life. The only thing missing is companionship-, which brings me here.

My name is James, I am a very active person. I went to Pewaukee High School seems like forever ago already, attended WCTC for some technical classes. Wrenched on cars for awhile, then realized that I like wrenching more as a hobby then a full time job. I dislike drama BS, I do not like dishonest people, I do not like lazy people. I am pretty much straight to the point, with a very sarcastic sense of humor. Just looking to see what all is out there, because lets face it, meeting in a bar usually is just good for one thing.

I like to think I am a motivated person. I like to drink and have fun on the weekends but during the week I tend to stay at home and study. I enjoy anything that deals with science, physics, and nature.... Yep I'm a dork. I am also a huge movie nut.

A self summary....hmmmm? Well the basics always give the foundations of who a person is. I'm a wide eye person always interested in a new experience and meeting new people is a good start to an experience. I don't claim to be perfect but whom among us does. Music is a passion of mine, I literally love a wide variety of music (some country, the real old stuff though).I was a singer in a band for a few years after high school as well and if you're really daring I will let you hear some of the music. A few years ago I started getting into photography and am learning how to edit them which is a blast. Also, I took up biking last summer and love going on trails and down by the lakefront when its nice out. I used to write alot of poetry and have had some published.
I would love to travel more even if it is only in state but would like to find someone to go off on little journeys with.

I tend to be shy around new people (though, if you asked anyone who knows me they would tell you that I'm not shy), and I'm not the one to make the first move...

Describe myself, yeah, okay... I speak my mind (some would say I'm brutally honest), I daydream a lot, I am secretly a hopeless romantic, and not so secretly really sarcastic (it's a fun combination). I love to read, make art, sing, and sometimes write. I love playing volleyball (or wally-ball). I'm kind of a sci-fi/fantasy geek, and my friends tell me that I'm weird :)

Don't sweat the little stuff. I like snow skiing, going to auctions, baseball games, football games, concerts, dogs (big ones), fishing and traveling. The best part about doing anything - is to relax, not be concerned about what others think, and make it memorable. I am lucky. I have wonderful friends and family. They are the center of my life. Financially independent. I love to travel - especially by automobile, where I can let the wind blow through my hair (scratch that... I shave it) and stop at historical markers. I drive fast and I'm interested in enjoying life's little moments now. Drive at night? Love it. Drive during rain? Even better. I am free to express my feelings. I have a strong id. I also have two grandkids and I enjoy them very much. I don't mind getting goofy with them. I give horsey rides at the drop of a hat. I'm the creative type, with a vivid imagination and active sense of humor. I like arts & crafts... and simple antique furniture... not because they're old, but because they're not made of cardboard. Lots of things are precious to me (yes, men can use that word). I'm interested in the environment, civil liberties, and social issues. I am an activist, and I do believe one person can make a difference in the world. I've never stopped trying, no matter what the odds... I like movies, going to pop concerts, (ie. Smokey, Stones, Rod Stewart, Elton John, Lettermen, Mamas & Papas, Springsteen, Monkees, Lisa M., Crosby/Stills, Moody Blues,Simon & G. etc.), going to sports events... football... You? well.. you should be unassuming and believe in the golden rule. It's a plus if you enjoy movies like Dances With Wolves, Rainman, Ben-Hur, Dead Poets Society, Hoosiers, Deer Hunter. PS. Dropping a bobber in the water is also fun for me. If you have a strong sense of compassion and want to have fun the rest of your life, I'm yours.

I love to joke, Play around, Go out with Friends, Quote old movies and cartoons, Bugs Bunny is my all time favorite!, act like a fool and make people laugh. Play video games. I enjoy camping, hiking, biking, Running now and then, rollerblading, Going to the park. Watching the sun set and the stars come out to play. Listening to live music, going to concerts, Summer fest, state fair, any church fairs, going for a beer. Hanging out with friends at a bar or at someones place. Go out dancing. playing drinking games. Pool, darts, Cards, Euchre and Sheepshead are my favs.Bar hop in Milwaukee. I'm not a barfly by any means its just fun stuff to do. But i also love to hang around the house and watch movies, play my video games. relax on a sunny deck. go to the beach, swimming at the lake. I'll do pretty much anything. and pretty much try anything once.

How does one adequately summarize oneself. I will start by saying I am a very genuine person. I don't beleive in game when it comes to friendships and relationships.

I do believe however the my friends are the 2nd most important things to me, next to my family. I have been known to drop everything for a friend in need, even if they were several states away.

I also believe that you can not even think about a serious relationship if friendship is not at the core.

I am looking for a serious relationship, specifically someone to share life with. But more importantly, I am looking for a friend, who can turn into that serious relationship.

I am a very open and honest person. I know how to have fun but I also know how to hang back and watch things pass by. I love the outdoors. I love to go fishing, camping, hiking, and so on. I have been in 2 serious relationships in my life and the longest was 7 years and the last one was 2 years. I am looking for someone that likes me for me and don't mind I like to fish. I don't go fishing all the time but I go enough to keep me busy. I am a very fun person to be around im told. I like to always look at the positives in any situation. Im quiet at first but once i get to know a person then I am a bit more talkative.

Well, I'm a sweet, caring, sensitive guy who is looking for friends maybe a relationship. i just recently had back surgery in December... i have a somewhat decent case of ADHD and a minor case of Bipolar. I'm also attending WCTC this fall again but dont know if i will be in the spring...

Its hard to find time these days to just relax and breathe. I love the arts ( music, drawing, painting, tattooing, computer arts and so on).
